Heyllo, firstly I am overwhelmed to find that so many bloggers have ‘liked’, ‘followed’ and ‘commented’ on my blogs and page even though I have not been posting for the last couple of days. I am so happy because I never expected that something that I do for my mere desire, which is writing, will actually end up rewarding me through the appreciation of others! It feels like an extra trophy that I earned without even participating in a contest! So a gargantuan ‘THANK YOU’ goes to everyone who took the time to explore my little corner that I adore so much :)
Now, coming to the blog post of today: I have the habit of collecting quotes that inspire me, which are from books, movies, lyrics or just about anything. Hail to all those times when I didn’t just watch a movie or read a book, but also jotted down some quotes that appealed to me. Here is a little collection of it, enjoy!

I especially love the quote about overestimating what will happen in the next two years and underestinating what will happen in the next ten. It has me thinking about not squashing every dream into the next two years, which is what I have basically done!

This is such a beautiful post and something I should definitely do more myself when I read or watch something :) one of my favourites is in The Great Gatsby and says: “Let us learn to show our friendship for a man when he is alive and not after he is dead.” – has taught me a lot about appreciating each other :) X
